A growth command center for a beauty DTC.
Overview, acquisition, retention
Exec, Meta, LTV
No more stale screenshots
The problem.
Growth lived in pieces. Net sales sat in Shopify, paid performance in the Meta and GA4 tabs, and retention in a spreadsheet someone rebuilt by hand. Every review started with screenshots that were already a week old and rarely agreed, so the team argued about which number was right instead of what to do next.
The approach.
I built one command center around the three questions the team asks most: is the business growing, is acquisition efficient, and are customers coming back. Executive overview, a Meta acquisition view, and an LTV and retention view, one definition per metric, refreshed on a single screen rather than reassembled by hand each week.
The outcome.
Sales, ROAS, and returning-customer rate now sit on one screen the team reviews together, with the paid and retention detail one click away. The weekly meeting starts from a shared, current picture, so the conversation moves straight to the next decision instead of reconciling screenshots.

INTERACTIVE SAMPLE · Illustrative data, not client figures. Switch tabs for executive overview, paid acquisition (Meta), and retention (LTV).
If sales, paid, and retention live in separate tools and disagree, I will put them on one screen your team trusts. One slot open for Q3 2026.
