Subscription health, on one executive screen.
MRR, churn, retention, box economics
No more month-old decks
Collapsed into one view
Figures are approximate and rounded to protect client confidentiality; exact numbers are withheld.
The problem.
The metrics that define a subscription business, MRR, churn, cohort retention, box-level economics, were scattered across tools and rebuilt by hand into monthly decks. By the time leadership saw a number, it was weeks old and disagreed with the next deck.
The approach.
I designed one executive dashboard around the questions leadership actually asks: where is MRR heading, which cohorts are retaining, what each box costs and returns, and where churn is concentrating. One definition per metric, one screen, refreshed automatically.
The outcome.
Subscription health moved onto a single screen the leadership team runs on, retiring a stack of month-old reports and ending the "whose number is right" debate. Decisions that used to wait for the monthly deck now happen against live data.
From the work.
If MRR, churn, and retention live in different tools and disagree, I'll put them on one screen your team trusts. One slot open for Q3 2026.
