The problem.
Tracking week-of-stock across multiple warehouses meant juggling a stack of Excel files, updated by hand every week. It was slow, error-prone, and impossible to get a clean cross-warehouse view from at a glance, exactly the view the operations director needed to make decisions.
The approach.
I built a template dashboard for weeks-of-stock: every product, every warehouse, in one place, designed to be refreshed weekly by the ops director rather than rebuilt from scratch each time.
