Raw survey responses, turned into decisions.
Cleaned, coded, summarized
Themes, not raw rows
Customer voice, structured
The problem.
The Lip Bar had survey data but not answers, hundreds of raw responses in a spreadsheet, too messy and too numerous to act on. The signal was in there; nobody had the time to pull it out, so the survey sat unused.
The approach.
I cleaned and coded the responses, pulled out the themes that actually mattered, and presented them as a clean, decision-ready read, designed to be scanned by a busy team, not decoded. (The data shown online is anonymized/placeholder at the brand's request, with the presentation kept deliberately sleek.)
The outcome.
The team got the voice of their customer as a structured, legible summary instead of a wall of raw text, the themes, the priorities, and what to do about them. Survey data that could finally drive a decision instead of gathering dust.
If customer responses are stuck in a spreadsheet, I'll turn them into a read your team can act on this week. One slot open for Q3 2026.
